Am I missing something?

On page 3 of the manual we are told we get a bungy and R-clip to fit to the Pro-swing and... ohhh ... NOT the 7000???

If one does manufacture something to attach the bungy to the 7000, where would one affix it to the 7000???

I had assumed that that was what the S-Cuff was for. Wrap around the shaft with velcro and has a hook on it.

Hi Robert

If you watch the minelab video around 5.50min to 6.00min
You will see it looks like the s cuff attaches to the shaft just below upper cam lock

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZ0Bts6_axQ

but it looks like the bungee hits the control panel near the end of each swing
I think that could be an annoyance, but not sure if some adjustment would alleviate that

If that's is the case then it is a very poor design.

Minelab know we are an inventive lot and there is always someone who has overcome the bugs with a simple device.
Covers, cable protectors, external speakers, back paks, hip sticks, swing arms, operating manuals etc etc

Maybe we should have a separate section highlighting all our great ideas Nightjar. ( Took me 4 years to work out what you were implying with your name) Q35

Anyway, I'll start the ball rolling. The best way to cool down your toast is to hold them out in your arms and flap them like a bird trying to take off.  Good work Minelab??? Birdie-smiley-emoticon
Good work Minelab??? Evil-penguin-slap-smiley-emoticon Ouch! Ok, I asked for that one.  Embarassed

Ok, whose next?
