Some small SDC Mods
Was mooching around, having a beer listening to the cricket and thought I would do something constructive.
Ingredients were a piece of 90mm PVC pipe, a M/L armrest cover, some velcro and an old black plastic breadboard.
I hate wearing headphones so this is perfect for me.
The armrest is now very comfortable, can pick the machine up by the straps etc.

I've been using the standard GPX bungy on my SDC and it works a treat, I wear the GPX harness minus the Battery or a light backpack that has a D ring
in about the same place as the harness.
The bungy just loops over the led display, It works kinda cool because you find yourself digging lot's of BB's and it's easy to just flip the loop off the SDC to put it down while digging targets.
I have the bungy set up so it just needs some slight downward pressure to keep the coil on the ground, never had the bungy fall off yet.

I now have redfins sdc and love it. I found that you are always putting it down to dig targets so the bungee is a waste of time.
Just my thoughts.
Just my thoughts.
