Who packs GPX 5000 batteries? Empty Who packs GPX 5000 batteries?

I remember reading that someone can repack GPX5000 batteries for a fair price, but cannot find the reference through searching. 

Any help appreciated!

Mine is down to two hours operating time so I understand one of the cells may be kaput.
