APLA Membership Empty APLA Membership

Post  determined1 Tue Feb 04, 2014 1:16 pm

Hi all,

I am would like to become a member of the EGPA branch of ALPA.

I have downloaded the appropriate form and noted that it could take up to several months for the application to be processed (as indicated on the website).

My questions are, can anyone confirm that they still meet on the last Monday of the month at the Boulder office, if so are guests welcome and would it be better to submit an application at the meeting in order to expedite the process?

Hoping to be in Kal mid March at this stage.

 Q32

Thanks Mike and Hoolahoopa,

I think I will take the chance and hope taking out membership at the meeting is the best way to go.

You can do that but it doesn't get yourself a number or card any quicker.

Best to pay the $60 now and have the membership up and running for when you get here.

You can have the card sent to you or have it waiting at finders keepers in kalgoorlie.

Saying that you have paid the membership but have no number or card doesn't fly with a lot of companies that require you to show them details.
cheers

Q32  Hoolahoopa,

I really appreciate you putting me on the right track here.

The form on the website says is for 2012-2013 but have managed to confirm that fees are the same for this year and application will be in the post tomorrow.

Thanks again,

Determined1
