Cord Free Minelab?

Hi guys,
What do you think about the amplified booster speaker systems on ebay? Having no cords attached to your harness, battery and speaker attached to your minelab.
Good idea but what about the heat generated by the battery, weight on your arm and how long does the battery last?
If you have this set up, are you happy with it?
