14inch or 11inch coil

gday just bought gp 3000 and wondering is a coiltek 14 inch brown better than the 11 inch white standard had the 14 inch with my old 2000 but didnt use it much any info appreciated thanks ps planning a trip down to rheola region mid next month

Are we talking DDs or mono's Phil? Power to weight ratio,and as long as the ground weren't to mineralized,the old 14 inch mono's were dynamite on both small and large nuggets at great depths.The 11 inch Coitek mono was a killer on sub grammers.The 14 &11 inch Coiltek dds took over where the ground was to noisy for mono's to work.The Coiltek dds,were more sensitive on targets than the standard white GP series dd coil that came with the 3000
