Coil leads
Hi,
Why do new coils or old coils have such long cables ? Has it got any think to do with resistance or can they be shorten(not that i want to shorten it) . It just seem a waste of cable because you have to rap it around the shaft of the Detector
.

Its because you can get longer stems, I use a longer all fiberglass stem and it needs the extra cord length
