Found gold first try.

Hi everyone,

I found gold my first time going to the golden triangle yesterday, I know alot of people don't find it for a long time ( which is not fair given the price of detectors) but with my brand new detector in hand I hit three nuggets altogether (but I have to say I found 5 rusty iron pieces and about 10 old bullets first) yeah I am a NOOB and I was told to dig every sound which I did, and then eureka GOLD one of the best feelings in the world.

So I went again to the golden triangle ( started at talbot and through to dunolly) today and not one piece of gold but that's the game and I am proud to be apart of it Wooohoooo

well done reelreefer , right spot right time what detector were you using ? i havnt been that lucky yet been out a few times last few days around leonora no good been using a mates 2100v2 untill i get my own detector.back to work tomorrow then hopefully will hav my own machine next break then go find some gold fingers crossed,just got to put the time in i guess

Thanks alot, I found 1.5 gram nugget today in the golden, so good things are happening right now.
