NF Customer Service

I had an issue with one of my NF coils that was out of warranty so I called Rowan at Nugget Finder to see about having it repaired.

Have to say that Rowan's attitude towards customer service is second to none! Within a week the issue was resolved with a minimum of fuss.

Excellent service!

I would also like to report excellent service from Nugget Finder. I spoke to Rohan on the phone about a 14" round Advantage coil which had a cracked stem housing bracket, coil was still in warrenty, he said no worries just send it down and it will be fixed.

10 days turn around is great service, new stem bracket and a new skid plate as well for good measure, thanks Rohan
