WA Current 3-06-2011 Tenements For GoolgeEarth

For those that might not have Ozi-Explorer and yet would like to be able to use the Tenements then I have done then for Google Earth as well.

Yes you can dpwnload them already from the WA home page but most have had trouble loading then as they drag down many old PC so you will not have any trouble with this lot as they have been sorted so just load what you want to see at the time.

You can download current ones that are updated daily from this link.
http://mapserver.doir.wa.gov.au/datacentre/datacentreDb.asp

Open the one that says "Mineral Infomation" then go to the one that says " Current Tenements (Live and Pending)" and then click on the downlaod that is "Google Earth KMZ File (ZIP)" then save and unzip this file and then open the saved folder and click on one and google earth opens with the current upto date tenements displayed.

Once you have the "Current Tenements (Live and Pending)" open don't click on it just move your mouse pointer over it to the right to where it says download and hover over that with the mouse pointer and a box will drop down with choices in it. Go down to the 5th one it says "Google Earth KMZ File (ZIP)" left click on this choice.



Save this file and unzip it. Then find the unziped file and click on the one you want and all the tenements will open in google earth
