All of a sudden there was this noise

Well there I was waving my 4500 over some Castlemaine ground when I heard this rumbling noise coming down the road.

OKA ???????

I looked up and there it was choooofing down the road It was Mark and Ronda from GPA

Got onto the mobil - gave them a call, no reception >>>>>> a pox on you OPTUS But they saw my Camry as they passed and turned around to say hello

We had a chat and they said come with us as we are detecting with a couple of blokes from NSW. Cool I said to myself...

Well we got to the spot - Mark and Ronda's GPA OKA, with me and 2 Landcruisers in tow. I was introduced - Mark said Oh you would know these blokes from the forum.

Well cover me with Honey and put me over an Anthills nest - It was Jigalong and whatsthetime

To cut a long story short we had a great day.. A total of 42 nuggets between the five of us

Not to shabby...

Jig 8 >> five of those nugs were from one hole - we gave Jig lottsa of advise on how to dig cause we are helpful people

Well done Ararat and to the rest of the crew 42 nugget in one area. That has to be a prime spot. And I see that pesky 5cent piece has turned up again. By joves it gets around a lot

Yes it was good luck

Me normal - just maybe (They just wanted to see if I was doing the right thing) As you know they do not detect when on tour so it was interesting to watch Mark and Ronda with a detector in hand >>great operators , very thorough ..

You will enjoy Laanacoorie this weekend - Perfect weather by the looks of it....Hopefully you will have some nugget success
