Setting Question on a 4500

Hi all l have a question on some settings. if l have the switch on enhance and the switch on custom and in patch mode do they work together or does enhance over ride custom or will custom over ride enhance. what do you think. Thanks Gary.

The search mode, first switch, "deep" "g" or "custom" is used in conjuction with the soil timings, second switch "enhance" "N" or "special"

For example, on the search mode switch if "G" is selected then either "enhance" "N" or "special" can be selected on the soil timings switch. What won't work is if "enhance is selected then any of the choices assoicated with smooth in the rear menu are inoperable. You have to have the search mode switch in "special" on the front for these to work.

So to answer your question if you have "custom" set on the front search mode switch, then either "enhance" "N" or "special" can be selected on the soil timings switch, you just need to be aware of what you are trying to do as to which soil timings position you need to be in.
