It was a cold day.
G'day all.
It was a brisk morning yesterday and the breeze didn't help. After about 6 hours of detecting I managed to pick up 2 pieces.
The larger piece weighed 0.17 gram and the smaller one 0.07 gram. Just under a quarter of a gram.
It could have been worse, it could have been below freezing.
Regards Axtyr.

Hi Axtyr, It could have been worse. It could have been below zero AND you got nothing. .25 of a gram is better than a poke in the eye with a blunt stick. Well done mate.

To think the lockdown's aren't bad enough, now we've got the winter weather against us as well. Like JW says, coming home with some form of colour, is always better than coming home with no colour at all.
Well done Axtyr

There is not many of us, that would bend over twice to pick-up $20. Anyway it cuts out some of the ground you have to do to get to the monsters waiting for you. Keep up with challenge, and best of luck.
