A little gold
After an absence of looking for almost a year I snuck into Vic as the restrictions eased and found a couple of bits in Inglewood.
The bigger one (5.7g ish) was obviously missed by the many people who detected there as it stood out like the proverbial and there was no other targets that I found.
The smaller one is my newest smallest find at 0.05g

Re: A little gold
Nice solid bits, hope Victoria promises you some more down the line I always like hearing about these bits of gold that can stick around in open areas even after being hammered

Re: A little gold
Nice going, good colour, well done Detectist.
Goldgasm, you'd be surprised at what one can't hear & walks over, leaving gold behind. Hard to believe, but some types of gold, even in the ounce + mark (for what ever their reasons) could not be picked up at a measured 30cm in depth. That's just the nature of this game (one to many given variables, on any one given day).
Cheers Kon.
