gold melting furnace

hi guys,does anyone know where you can get a parts ,or b repairs done to gold furnaces,i bought one a few years ago and unbeknown to me it was damaged with a cracked liner so i just threw it in the back of the cupboard.its one of those red ones on a square black box,made in italy, any help would be appreciated THANKS AL
