Howdy all ,
Whilst today is officially R U Ok day to commercially recognise mental illness / suicide , I think
any day is a good day to get in touch with someone / anyone that you haven't heard from or seen
for a while .

I am alright now , but some years ago I could not cope, I was off the planet . Nobody could understand or recognize .
