Nov/December gold
Hi everyone, been going out as much as possible the past month or so battling the blood thirsty mozzies and recently even worst the alien looking March flies that are giants compared to the quite large mozzies.
The 7k with a little assistance from me and a lot of assistance from the 14" coil has been finding sub gram bits to gram bits quite constantly the last few weekends. It was only yesterday that I struck a sizeable piece again (8.57g) and the zed absoloutley nailed it with a sensitivity of 9, at 7-8". The piece was in the yellow clays rather than the red clays which I find to be quieter in this area, so my settings have been the same as last post except the sens. Since the last post the ground has dried up and I've been digging deeper targets.
Cheers GG

Re: Nov/December gold
Well done GG some very nice pieces there.
Yes, the march flies have appeared early. Try RID in the lotion form which can be obtained at Chemist Whorehouse, it is excellent.
I was out yesterday and got stung by something under my arm but didn't see anything. Either a very cunning bullant or maybe a wasp that took exception to me digging up it's burrow.
Regards Axtyr.

Great work GG!
Hey Axter, " can be obtained at Chemist Whorehouse" that a fact? Seems like your chemist is the go to place to soothe those ills. Got the address there mate?
****March flies are always attracted to my white Zed coil for some reason

Re: Nov/December gold
Cheers eurekadreams and slim!
Will definitely try the lotion, I got bitten by a march flie under the arm aswell, didn't see it do it but the tell tale sign was blood running and a ring of my skin missing, they must have some nasty ablilities. A mosquito bite is like a pin pricked compared to it.

It wasn't a typo. It's what my wife and I call every warehouse.
It's good to see it brings a bit of mirth to people's lives.
