Hi Guys & Gals

Well its not to long to we all catch up again, I hear some eager beavers are already in camp and hitting the gold early ( hope you find a big one to show us )

We have some great news in that the sponsorship has gone so well with Bill & Gabbie doing and outstanding job this year. To give you an idea as to what they have been doing, last year we had about $7,500 in donations, this year we will exceed $19,000.00, yes that is right Nineteen Thousand Dollars in prizes and auction items. So bring those cheque books, bring the piggy banks and spend up to support the Peter Mac Institute.

This year we also have not 1, not 2, not 3, not even 4 but 5 detectors that will be up for grabs and 2 of these will be in the Raffle

We have 2 Trips away with our sponsors, Gold & Relics have put up a NSW tour for next year, this is a first for our Bash and sounds like allot of fun to be had, so bid hard.

The second tour is with Gold Prospecting Australia, now this trip is for the WA tour and as these tours are completely sold out, I expect this trip will go for above odds as interest has already been shown in it so again bid hard.

To help raise our fundraising efforts this year we are taking Pre Bids on any of the auction items, to do this simply contact Bill or Myself via phone or via a PM on the forum with the following details.

If you are successful in the auction you must pay for the goods & postage BEFORE they will be shipped

For those coming up to the BASH, we DO NOT HAVE EFTPOS or credit card facilities, so bring Cash or Cheque with a drivers license for ID. We will be offering BANK Transfer of money after the BASH, but again the goods will NOT be released until the see the money.

The Raffle

The raffle will be held SATURDAY night and tickets can be purchased from Friday afternoon right up until the Raffle.
