It's weird stuff this covid more so than the flue?
Post 12 month studies are appearing now on health/side effects post covid.
I don't recall any long term side effects from the flue? I guess we'll know more in another 12 months or so about longer covid

Agree moredeep & you said it "post 12 months concerning lingering long term side effects that just haven't gone away. This is why covid-19 is not the common influenza flue strain type virus, but a more dangerous type virus, capable of leaving some form of long term damage to one or more individual organ parts.
Any person can catch the common flue & on more than one occasion throughout the same year, but is to expect a full recovery from such, whereas, not the same can be said nor guaranteed by contracting covid-19.
Many an unvaccinated person who has caught covid-19 has lived & has recovered quite well from it, some experiencing only minor side effects such that of loss of taste, smell, minor migraine or breathing difficulties, minor loss of breath causing exhaustion, joint pain or lethargy etc. etc.. Problem is, some of the recovered persons, have complained or continue to complain, that not all their side effects or symptoms due to covid-19, have fully gone away, even after months of catching & recovering from covid-19. Hence the term long covid.
No doctor can 100% guarantee (any person vaccinated or unvaccinated) that if they happen to contract covid-19, will fully recover with no long term lingering side effects or health issues, brought about by contracting & surviving through covid-19.
As for me & the rest of my family, lets just say that if we can't avoid catching covid-19 some day, prefer to be fully vaccinated against such a virus, than not being vaccinated at all.
Once again all that I've said above, is my opinion & my opinion only & to be taken with a pinch of salt & a dash of pepper, if necessary

Total rubbish!! The vaccines cannot give you AIDS.The only way you can get AIDS is to  be infected with the AIDS virus!
