Boris Jonson's Hair

Is Boris Jonson's hair as ratty and disorganized as his ability to govern?....Makes you wonder about the rest of his personal hygiene.
Even Chimps and Gorillas keep themselves well groomed.
If he cannot find time to present himself as other than a used mop then you have to question his ability to organize his life in general. It is not as though he can not afford a proper hair cut.  If he is worried that somebody might copy his hair style if he has it made presentable, then he is easily manipulated and influenced by small annoyances that should not bother a person in his social position.
