Posting pictures
Hi all, It seems that it is a common question, so for those that do not know here we go!
(Jeff has posted a 'how to' on the main page but it must get overlooked)
Firstly a file sharing account needs to be created, here are some links to a few free ones:
http://photobucket.com/
http://www.fileave.com/login.aspx
http://www.free-webhosts.com/free-image-hosting.php?sort=2
Once an account is created you then upload a photo, once your photo is uploaded to your free account and saved you will see you photo in your gallery.
To get that photo in your post you place your mouse cursor over the wanted photo and you will see the following (this is using photobucket)
If you left click on the IMG code it will be highlighted, right click and 'copy'.
Come back to your post and again right click 'paste'.
To check that your photo has worked select the preview button and you will see your photo.
Hopefully that is clearer than mud. For any additional info.....ask someone else Joking!
Cheers

Re: Posting pictures
Yeah, she's a mini staffy. Never thought I'd say it, but there a bloody top dog. Lives in the house and gets chased around by the cat
Very good temperament and never barks (I hate dogs that bark).

1. 448 x 336 pixels, 52kb apparently?? never thought much about that!
2. maybe....
Couple of good looking dogs there boys, Stoppsy I lost my sheppard in Feb this year, we were detecting at the time. (I did post about it at the time) Sad times, I used to worry all the time about snakes while she was with me. But they are a bit like kids, can't wrap them in cotton wool and watch them all the time either.
I did come across a snake one time while she was with me but she didn't see it.
Years ago I came home and there was a 4ft brown dead on the lawn, I was expecting her to fall over then but she won that war.
I've seen dog's suffer from snake bites and baits, not pretty.

Re: Posting pictures
that's why i think i will leave her at home i think. i lost a staffy a few years ago she thought she would have a go at some snail bait, it was ment to have something in it to repell dogs away from it but she had the hole box. so it realy don't matter if there home or out with you i think.
cheers

Nice dog stoppsy. I'd have to agree about not taking them out detecting, but she love fishing (and eating fish). Almost like one of the family now. I must be getting soft in my old age

Just while we are on the subject of our best mates I'd like to introduce Dozer....
He goes almost everywhere with us. Has taken full ownership of our bike, and loves to kill stuff.
Yep he is a shocker! But a great backyard deterrant.
Also the biggest sook ever met. (loves being tucked in on a cold winters night)

It's ok, I hate Collingwood too. Sorry, I was just having a bit of fun. Should have realized using that logo was overstepping the boundary.

Re: Posting pictures
gully hunter you should post this pic under General Discussion with topic like "Recent Finds", gets a lot more views in that section.
