Youtube Vid on NF 12" Z Coil
Interesting, Good find on a very faint signal.
Looking forward to a comparison with a ML 14" coil. If my ML coil is around a metre from where I am digging I can hear the digs in my speaker, so its best if the coil is further away.
Annie of GND ( hope I have her correct name) has done 3 vids on this coil.
Would be interested to know if this faint signal was easier to pick up using the headphones compared to a WM12... I think Yes.

That's a no brainer Pete, for a good set of headphones, will always better the target signal response, coming through/from an external speaker.
Cheers Kon.

It would be interesting to know whether the prototype used a patch lead as well.

Hi guys,
Just to respond to:-
PeterInSA- I use under the chin headphones and I could hear target signals more clearly than through the Wireless Module when I unplugged the headphones (not using speakers or boosters at the time).
bicter: no patch lead is required with the NF 12” Z Search (test) coil. It was made to attach to lower stem of GPZ.
