Miners Rights NSW?
Guys,
In Vic you need a Miners Right to prospect on crown land etc.
Just to save me wading through a load of NSW Gov sites, what would permit/s will I need to go nugget hunting in NSW?

Hi Jim,
no Miners right needed to hunt in NSW.
But if it's in a state forrest you'll need a permit

nah...all crown land.
Portland there's some forrest aswell as crown land. Never done much good there bar a few small bits near Sunny Corner.
By Orange do you mean Ophir? crown land aswell.

near Orange...some good gold there but best is to go as far as your 4x4 can go then go the rest of the way on a bike or quad.
