COPELAND TOPS -- STATE CONSERVATION AREA -- NEEDS YOUR INPUT

NAPFA is putting in a submission, and everyone needs to put one in also, even if you never go there to detect or prospect or fossick at least the ones making these proposals will know we exist and are willing to fight for our rights that are slowly but surely being taken away.
