 Very Happy Just introducing myself,I'm retired and have taken up metal detecting as a hobby. I currently use a Fisher Gold Bug 2 and have almost completed building a Surf P.I. 1.2. I have completed an eliptical mono coil (14"x 6.5"). The pcb has also been completed with problems beyond my capabilities at the moment so i haave taken the board and coil over to a friend who has an o scope to fault find it with and hopefully next week we will be able to tune it and see what it can do.Looking forward to participating in the forum and probably learning quite a bit as a bonus.
