Hi all,
Does anyone know how the Minelab Sovereign X2 Pro rates as a gold machine. I think they came out about 1997. Rob

I used the Explorer II on the goldfield, which was the model after the XS.....totally useless. Can be used in a coin relic mode, but no chance of finding anything smaller than a car rim in mineralized ground. Ok so i exaggerated a little on the car rim. Laughing
Their no good on small gold basically and a basic VLF is a better option for small gold.

I saw one for sale recently for $400...so $70 is a top buy. They are still a good performer on coins.
