15 x 12 Detech coil

Hi , Just thought l would post my thoughts about Detech coil 15 x 12 .
Was unsure what to expect have heard good things from members here but until one sees and uses one can't comment .First appearance was supprised how well it is made and finished .
Weight would be similiar to minelabs model but $ 60 cheaper .
Found no gold but did find a few small shots and bits of wire one a few inches down came through nice and clear but l am using a BZ booster , but coil had no effects from emi but was a clear day .
Also had no noises when bumped so was very quiet and you felt a lot of confidence that if you walked over a nugget you would not miss it with exterior chatter as there was none .
Looking forward to using it more and looking at other coils in there range .
This is just my opinion , glad theres another manufacture in the game to push the Australian coil makers to improve and deliver us better coils .

Mate do you have any feedback on the detech 15x12 ?
I see your post was put up in may and was wandering if you could share your thoughts on this coil ...
I use a 15x12 commander as my general coil and would be very interested on how the detech comparison shapes up .

Hi Glen , You can borrow coil and you can decide what you think , seems stable to me but l haven't used minelab 15 x 12 one. Happy to give it to you next time l up or send it to you . Peter

Pap and Glen how ya going,just butting in here and not trying to take anything away from you but isn't it stinky pete from daisy hill who is the man to see about these coils?just putting this up maybe he will see this and offer to bring a few coils to the gold bash to try out,heres hopeing.
