Treasure Finds with the X-TERRA 705 Empty Treasure Finds with the X-TERRA 705

Hi All,

Thought I'd share some treasures I found myself whilst giving one of our demo models a run in Queensland.

On a recent trip to Queensland to visit my BrisbaneGold store, I decided to take the X-TERRA 705 demo model for a run.
Saturday afternoon whilst preparing for a good old Aussie BBQ, I switched the unit on in a friends back yard in Cornubia and within 10 minutes had located a silver heart shaped locket, along with a lump of zinc and a piece of copper pipe. That was it for the day and the BBQ was fantastic.
The next morning went for a short stroll to an abandoned golf course that had remnants of a couple of old houses and a club house, 45 minutes of detecting and the following were unearthed: 1 x Queensland Royal Society for the Prevention to Cruelty to Animals Junior Member Badge, 1 x One Dollar Coin and a Royal Australian Infantry Beret Badge – This was the best find and was gold gilded although most had worn from the front of the badge.

Thanks for reading, good luck and happy prospecting
