G'day all new member here from North Bendigo. Been detecting for about 5 weeks now got hooked after using the Father in-laws gpx 5000. Taken a step back for the time being and bought myself Bounty Hunter Tracker IV as an entry level detector. Hopefully after a few finds, mainly coin shooting and relic hunting for now, I will upgrade to an X-Terra 705.

Anyway I'm always up for swinging the coil whenever I get the chance. If there's anyone looking for someone to detect with in the Bendigo area drop us a PM.

Cheers Steve.

Cheers for the welcomes :-)

I doubt I'll be finding much yellow with the Bounty Hunter Tracker 4, but stranger things have happened lol.

So far I've found a Chinese coin and two old buttons, one with BEST-RING-EDGE written around it. From a bit of research this was most likely off either braces or bib and brace type overalls.

Not to mention lots and lots of aluminium, ring pulls and pull tabs, lol.

I've set myself a goal to find a Kangaroo penny to start with, and anything I find in between finding that is a bonus :-) Cheers, Steve.

I think Yellow and Black might be in trouble this weekend, from 18 Kangaroos.  Laughing
