Hi all,
Living in victoria, just minutes from the goldfields, try my luck most weekends normally at heathcote when i can. At the moment im using a gp3000 that i have just currently purchased. Im still new to the machine so any helpful advice would be great. I have found 2 pieces of gold when i hired a gpx5000 for a day, a 1.1 gram and .2 gram.

Thankyou

nelso

G'day nelso. Welcome to the forum.

Excellent machine in its own right. If my memory still holds true,I remember the 3000 coupled to either the 11 or 14 inch Coiltek mono's (where mineralization was low),were a dynamite combination on the 3000,but,when it came to noisy ground, due to higher ground mineralization,DDs of the same size win hands down on performance.

        Cheers Kon.What a Face
